Sue and Peter did my pre assessment recently. I was very anxious but they helped to reassure me regarding the knee replacement operation and the after care. They were very informative, answering the questions I had.
They were very thorough when giving me all the paperwork, explaining things very well.
I feel more confident now. Thank you to both Sue and Peter.
Charlie, the physiotherapist, explained things well to me. She was very kind and thoughtful, once again answering my questions fully, so thank you to her as well.

I went in for day surgery and it was such a good experience. The staff were lovely and warm, the anesthesiologist was very professional even though my veins weren’t being particularly helpful that day, Dr. Clark my hand surgeon was amazing, the lovely nurse in theatre Claire I believe her name was, was really lovely and made me feel at ease, the nurses who were there when I woke up from general anaesthesia were really friendly and a warm welcome back to consciousness. Louise and Ali the nurses in the ward were very caring, and the ward was clean and a calm place to be in. As hospital experiences go, it couldn’t have been nicer.

I cannot fault Goring Hall hospital on any level. It is the most wonderful hospital in every respect. The staff and the level of care, support and comfort they provided throughout the whole process was exemplary. Every single person that cared for me was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond every time.
The room was lovely and had a nice view of the trees. The food was first rate; I couldn’t get over how good the food was.
I simply cannot get over how wonderful the hospital and all its staff are and I am so grateful for everyone involved in getting me through a very difficult time. Many thanks.

I’ve never had a bad experience yet at Goring Hall and this time, a steroid injection into my hamstring, was no exception. I was really nervous but Dr Mazrani and his assistant Jo instantly put me at ease and talked me through every step. It was over before I knew it! Everyone here is so friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Goring Hall to anyone needing a medical procedure.

Having surgery for the first time was one of the scariest experiences of my life. The anxiety and fear leading up to it were overwhelming, and I wasn’t sure how I would get through it. But from the moment I stepped into Goring Hall, I was met with nothing but kindness and compassion from every member of the staff.

Mr Pakarian, Peter, Cate, Phoebe, Elena and Vaida were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answering my endless questions with patience and understanding. They reassured me when I felt anxious and never made me feel like I was just another patient. Their genuine care and dedication to making me comfortable truly eased my fears.

Before surgery, Elena held my hand reminding me that I was in good hands. Peter was gentle and reassuring, which made a huge difference when I was at my most vulnerable.

The recovery team checked on me constantly, making sure I was comfortable and well cared for. It wasn’t just medical care it was emotional support too.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience despite how terrified I was at the beginning. Everyone who looked after me truly made all the difference. If you’re nervous about an upcoming surgery, just know that there are amazing professionals out there who genuinely care about your well being. I am so grateful for their kindness and support during one of the most challenging moments of my life.

Thank you I had my pre-assessment with two very professional young ladies, Hannah and Claire Who put an old boy at ease explaining the ins and outs of what would happen on the day of my op. Hannah carried out the tests while Claire filled in the paper work much to my delight, as I have hand tremor.

Excellent experience. You are treated with dignity and respect. Professor Johnston was very professional, pleasant and caring and knew the limitations of his remit. Jo was very welcoming and kind. I’m looking forward to receiving the treatment I require to get me back to where I want to be. Thank you
