I actively discourage people from using Michael Jones after the awful service I received when selling my house. Pushy and manipulative sales tactics which made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. My brother revealed a health issue in confidence to our agent which he then shared with the other party involved in the sale to play us off against each other. 'Putting People First' is the tagline on their website, when in reality all they care about is the commission.

We purchased our house through Michael Jones Goring, and we had a really great experience! I had registered with their mailing list, which is how we were sent the brochure for our eventual house ahead of it being listed on Rightmove. I got an email for the house at around 5pm one afternoon and I was able to immediately ring up and get a viewing for the next day. Obviously we loved it and put in an offer. From that point, we were always kept up-to-date with the progress of the purchase and I could always get hold of someone to ask any questions. They also let us know when our solicitors were the cause of any delays so that we could chase from our side to keep to the completion deadline that we wanted. Overall it was a very positive experience, and if we were to one day sell in the future - I would go to Michael Jones first.

I am so impressed with Michael Jones in Goring. We are buying a house with them and we have been dealing with Neil Hyde who has been fantastic! Purchasing and selling a property can be a stressful time but Neil was always there, he is friendly, professional, always responded a.s.a.p, he even responded to an email whilst he was on leave. I would like to say a big thank you to him and everyone at Michael Jones for making our moving experience run so smoothly!

Trying to find a bungalow using their website with a michael jones for sale sign outside. Using my mobile, can get loads of 'cookie setting rubbish' but cannot find details of the bungalow. This is not the first time I've had issues on their website!

Wouldn't use another estate agent. Purchased my home from them & now 14 years later sold my home with them. Proffesional and always straight to the point. Cant fault them. Pop into see them as it was never to much for them to make a coffee & biscuits however busy they where.
