We have just completed on our first house purchase with Emerald Finance. From our first call to our last email each staff member we have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgable and understanding of our many questions as first time buyers! They took time to listen to my credit background, to which I felt no judgement and found us a great deal and saved us scouring the markets! I would like to share an amazing experience I had with Emerald finance. As a first timer buyer I didn’t know as much as I would have liked but with the help and guidance initially from Matt. He helped find the best mortgage for us and also took the time to find us 3 options for life insurance to choose from.

After that I was transferred over to his colleague Lorna who I can’t give enough credit for. The help, advice, patience and friendliness she gave was nothing I’ve experienced before. She made the process painless and easy throughout.

I also had help from Callum who sorted out last minute building insurance which I had forgotten about which also in turn helped the process run smoothly.
