We were most impressed by his easy manner and his professionalism, and his down-to-earth approach. He is knowledgeable and understanding. The FRA report is clear and concise, and includes an Action list, so we don't have to interpret what is contained in the report. We will certainly be using their services again.

Source Fire carried out a Fire Risk Assessment at my business however when the report came back it was full of inaccuracies and assumptions. When I made them aware of these it took them 3 months to respond despite me chasing them and they refused to adjust their report, even though I could provide evidence of meeting various requirements. I would not recommend this company.
