1st incident, Aspire didn't even respond to CCTV footage request even after providing police report for months. Was told to talk to their sub contractor ZEMCO, which never responded as well. Police ignored report because no evidence was provided.

2nd incident, took 1 month plus to even act on footage request. Jumped around in hoops for 1 month. No action.
Management noticed when 1 star review was given. Came to provide footage.
Half of cameras weren't operating.
Not even sure what footage and evidence were given to Police as police closed case due to no evidence.
Not sure if they even provided the pictures were any use.

Day light theft plus multiple instances of bicycle theft in premises.
Basically, people walk in out open face in property anytime and you can expect no action from any authority, police plus CCTV management.

Gave 2 stars, because management atleat came for a therapy session 2 months after £3000 worth items stolen and 1 star review.

EDIT 3, REMOVING 2 START REVIEW TO 1

1. During bicycle theft, their own management fumbled my emails and requests. Took more than a month to even get a proper respond. According to them, management was not available until next Mondays, and on Mondays, they were not in offices and so on.

I called them multiple times and wrote multiple emails to multiple people to get a respond.

I was ASKED TO contact ZIMCOS.

I paid Aspire to watch guard, not zimcos.

Contacting and dealing with zimcoz is your problem.

Not your clients.

2. In second case, it again took them more than 2-3 weeks to respond.

They say they have sent footage, but I really doubt that. If yes, forward me the emails.

It is all excuses.

3. Not just the camera, Building didn't even have Main Gates or Locks. They put gates in last 6 months.

Half of cameras still might not be working.

I have perolsonally seen a person report theft from compound every month.

4. They claim they are legit but THIEF LITWRALLY walked around the premises for 10 minutes, entered from main gate , without any facial covering.

Yet, not a solid picture or video was able to be captured.

THIS IS ALL DRAMA BY ASPIRE.

You can also assume they co operate in RACIAL DISCRIMINATION TOO ,
As it is a compound with mostly ASIAN families.
And they are easy to slack off at , proven by my cases.

Plus, in Camera theft Case, THEIF was a white man,
The reason POLICE acted up in investigation and reason ASPIRE slanders off while failing to provide its own services.

5. I also received multiple fake calls and spams after I wrote this review originated from around Watford.

I can't say it was Aspire trying to slander me again, but it was very persistent.

EDIT 4 :

after getting another review, Aspire Block just replied to my review with BUNCH OF GASLIGHTING.

Stating facts already discussed and have been concluded already.

Thefts were prevalent monthly.

People walked in and out of Huge facility with not a single clear picture of person.

Months of wait time ignored.

Quality of evidence is lower than 1990s 240p YouTube stream.

Due to major relapse in service, THEY SHOULD BE SUED.

also, they claim ZIMCO their sub contractor is to blame.
In reality, they couldn’t even prove ZIMCO exists.

QUESTION FOR ASPIRE:

Can you show evidence of contacts with ZIMCO prior to my case?
Highly doubtful.

If yes, please forward any contacts you have had with ZIMCOs like emails or contracts etc …

Zimcos doesn’t exist, thus no contact will be found.

Convince me otherwise.

I am actually planning to take this to court now.

Also, STOP HARASSING YOUR CLIENTS using fake call and spam when they write a NEGATIVE REVIEW.
