We have been delighted with HSC- really professional and on the ball. In particular, our main contact - Shay Teasdale - has been terrific. Responsive to any issues or queries and has had to resolve some challenging issues. We are disappointed that HSC are being replaced with absolutely no consultation with the building occupants.

HSC manage our building and I’m a firm believer in credit where it’s due….

Shay really has been so professional from day one and has always taken a great deal of time to explain things in great detail to many of the people involved in our block which is no easy job.

HSC manage my property. Well, I say "manage" with a great deal of salt. They increased our service charges by 41% about 8 months ago and we STILL have no explanation, they say that it is for planned works but refuse to explain what the works are. How dare you treat your customers like this?

It would also help if you actually followed your own complaints procedure and replied to emails...

I look forward to seeing you in court when our tribunal date comes through!

The worst company ever. They were overcharging, without giving explanations. When we were questioning these charges as owners of flats they were refusing to answer. We self manage the building and we managed to get the same job with 60% less for what they were quoting for. Don’t trust them.

This management company is shocking. Constant change of property manager, no personal knowledge of our block (sadly the freehold was sold & this company was instructed by the new freeholder) - after many years of poor service had no choice but to go down the RTM route and get rid of these agents. Even a complaint letter to their so called Chief Exec received a (very delayed) and less than helpful response and their head of property management is equally unhelpful - this managing agent is to be avoided like the plague. Absolutely awful experience.
