Genuinely the most efficient property solicitors I’ve ever used (have unfortunately had to use 7 for various reasons in the last year). Can highly recommend Michelle & her amazing assistant Iolanda. They never missed a beat, were extremely thorough, efficient & communicative & didn’t waste any time. They were also the best priced quote out of 12 so don’t let that put you off! My partner Jamie and I cannot speak highly enough of Jodie and Michelle, who have made our experience of buying our first home a lot less stressful. Email communications were very efficient, answering all of our questions and enquires. They chased enquires with other firms and gave us regular updates throughout the whole process. This is the second time our family has used Gard & Co Solicitors and James (Jim) Bedford for personal injury purposes. I can't thank Jim enough. A pretty good firm of solicitors in Plymouth but they have lost the best staff due to illness replacements are not in the same league remember if you want a top solicitor my advice is to get a man 5 to 10 years from retirement age they have the knowledge experience and intellect to help and advise and get you the best outcome after 50 years of finding out the hard way best advice I can give .....

Michelle Pepper did our conveyancing for our house purchase that turned out to be a lot more complex than we had realised. She was very attentive, patient with all my questions and anxieties over a protracted period (through no fault of Gard and Co) and professional, always explaining the process in a way that I could understand. She made a very difficult and stressful process a lot less stressful than it could have been!
