At the moment my experience is limited in that I have reported my car is stolen and it is ongoing, however my current thoughts are that for me I have found it extremely stressful, it took a long time to get through and I couldn't access the portal, a girl named Melissa was extremely helpful and very good I had cause to ring her 2/3 times, I also spoke to an Adam and a Vince both agreed to change my e mail address and neither did, I found them not helpful, as I have said so far I'm only half way through the experience. I'm sure I could give a more detailed response at a later date

The advisor I spoke over chat to was polite and professional, knew what they talking about and couldn't do more to help than they did.

Such efficient and super service with my van insurance renewal. Early evening I had an online chat with someone as by the time I had finished work the phone lines were closed. Within a matter of minutes I had the answers to all my queries and a fresh renewal quote which was accepted. I also received an emailed copy of the transcript which I have to admit is amazing. Although requesting these from other companies before, they have never come through, so thank you.
