What started off as a relatively straightforward house sale became rather complicated owing to family illness. Throughout the rather lengthy process Holly, Natalie, Paul and Josh were behind us 100%. Nothing was too much trouble, no request for help was ignored and the communication throughout the whole process was exemplary. Excellent Estate agents from start to finish. Worked with Holly mainly but everyone else, especially Kathryn and Josh were always very helpful and all knew exactly what was happening at any time during the sale.

Sold my house through Lang Town & Co working with Holly and Josh. Both exceptional from the moment I asked them to value my house. They were professional and guided me through my first house sale with ease and clarified info that I was unsure of. As key decision needed to be made, they supported me and constantly kept me updated. Kathryn and team were brilliant in helping us manoeuvre our way through a difficult buying and selling chain. Although they were only responsible for our purchase I was impressed on how all the estate agents worked together and used their contacts to help ensure we could exchange and complete on the same day. It was touch and go and very stressful but Kathryn was always there to listen and offer advice.
