Brilliant staff very helpful and friendly. I went there to fix a piece on my watch the price given was very reasonable and I am happy with the results... Without asking the staff also polished my watch which was really niice. Will defently go back again when needed.

I took a very delicate necklace in that had snapped, was unsure if it could be fixed but Timepiece fixed it in 2 minutes! Excellent service, thank you so much, one very happy daughter. I also take my watch here when a new battery is needed, always same day service usually within 30 minutes.

I have a Citizen Eco Drive, it has diamante around the face. It is a few years old now but in great condition but the stones started to drop out I had a botch repair whilst abroad and went to Time-Piece to repair it best they could.
They were amazing they went above and beyond for me. it looks like new again.
They far exceeded my expectations and I am truly delighted.
I can't recommend them enough.

Called in to see if my husbands leather bracelet could be fixed. They wasn't sure, however he said he would have a look and try. I was td to come back in 20 minutes. When I came back, the bracelet was fixed. Great service, highly recommend. Thanks.

I went today to get my watch strap adjusted. I was in a rush as I had to get to work. They sorted it in 15 mins. Really cheap and if it comes loose in the coming weeks, they have said I can nip back and they will adjust it for free.
