The address on the website is not theres I tried using the address to get a phone number the address exists the company dosent. Absolute rubbish a con. The advert does not mention that there has not even been a ruling on what will be paid and wont be done until Decrmber. I have tried emailing them to stop the process and that they no longer represent me but so far have not had a reply. What really gets me is that from the very first email they send they ask for a review. THEY HAVENT DONE ANYTHING EXCEPT SEND A LETTER asking for a review should be at the end of the process. As Lord Suger would say YOUR FIRED! Stop sending emails I NO LONGER WANT YOU WORKING FOR ME. There is also no cooling off period so if you do change your mind you can stop the process. Customer service is not in there worjing process. Look at the web site there is no phone numbers for you to call and speek to someone. I hope if you read this you change your mind.

Absolutely no problem launching my claim, fast service, all done by email with no long phone calls , I didn’t have my paperwork but you sorted that out .
Just have to wait for a response from the company now.

At the moment my case has not been resolved, it’s been going on for over a year, I have signed and sent ID so many times I’ve lost count so when it’s finally resolved I will gladly give a 5 star review

I wish to leave this. I have changed my mind as my solitor has advised me this is the cooling off period. So please don't sell my details onwards. I am advising you I do not want to be part of this. I don't want you digging around in my bank account etc. My name address phone number and everything I want taking off from anything you're sharing my details with.

I've signed up to a few miss sold ppi claims with none of them being able to find my finance agreements. Not only has The claims guy found my old cars but also all my old address.....obviously no payout yet but its early days but the early signs are really positive I like what I'm seeing...thank you
