A first rate service. The products all work really well. When you are stood by the windows you feel no draft or drop in temperature. The doors are also very convincing. The service was impeccable. When there was a small hitch (which happens on the best run projects) I heard it first from 21 degrees, and they already had a solution.

Good things:
I have had a working heat pump with hot water and heating for a month now. So far, no issues.

Email communication with the office staff (Matt and Sally) has been clear and punctual.

Bad things (the installation):
The planner came over and drew up plans for the new water tank to replace the old one in the loft. We figured out where the heat pump would sit and how the pipework between there and my garage would not be deep and the builders I was using for my extension could very simply build a step over it.
When the plumbers came they said that the water tank could not go into the loft as it needed wider pipes and there was no way to install it there without running new exposed pipework up through my house, and they complained that the planner was not a plumber and had no idea what he was doing. I felt forced to use up space in my garage for the new water tank.
The pipework running from the heat pump to my garage is wide and cannot simply be bricked over. This now means it is a tripping hazard or could be damaged.
The plumbers did not take enough care on removing old water and radiators and left stains on the carpet and wood flooring which I don't think can be removed. They also left a lot of mess behind which I'd have expected to have been cleared up. My builders also complained that they were not tidy and left stuff in the way making life harder for them. You'd think they would courteous working around other tradespeople. The builders also suggested that they should have put the pipework leading to a new radiator deeper into the flooring.

Aside from the company, the Mitsubishi app works but is a bit slow to respond. I usually have to send a request twice before it does what I ask.

It's a long haul from advice to design to installation and eventual commissioning of an MVHR system on a 2yr renovation project but the designer, engineers and the admin team at 21 degrees were with us every step of the way. They patiently explained the system (several times!), made numerous changes as things inevitably changed on site and were on the end of the phone to answer queries during installation. Then they sent a lovely engineer to commission the system all the way from Carlisle to Pembrokeshire.
MVHR is a big investment and frankly you can only do it once. We looked at cheaper systems but most of those companies are not doing a bespoke design and their systems and the units they use are not such good quality. 21 degrees is a company which really knows their onions, which is essential because MVHR is not something that the majority of people know about or understand. So we need proper advice and design from people who do (and not a sales team). That's what you get from 21 degrees - Highly recommended.

Integrating the MVHR system into the building design wasn't the most straightforward, but the team remained patient and committed throughout.
