Even when you're young, selling a house is an onerous process, but when you're much older, new procedures and regulations can seem daunting.
Mr. Percival explained the changes and new legislative requirements and guided us through the entire process to its successful conclusion.
He did all this with patience, warmth and humour.

I needed a Solicitor for a property equity transfer and wanted a local based firm. Based on the glowing reviews I chose Roger's and Norton. I am so pleased I did. My initial telephone inquiry was warmly greeted and I was given plenty of time to explain my situation and I was given some valuable help and information. The quote for legal expenses was with me by the end of the same working day and the quote was very acceptable. I needed to ask a couple of questions later and they were answered very promptly which pleased me greatly. My first impressions are very good and I hope my further dealings with them prove to be as promising. I highly recommend them and thanks for making my life easier at this difficult time.
