Have used Lloyds Independent Services a few times now, the last time being for a mortgage renewal. Mark found us a great deal and walked us through the renewal steps answering any questions we had along the way. Where needed Mark was happy step in to help ensure the renewal went through as smoothly as possible. We also took up a life insurance policy that Mark found that had better coverage and was cheaper than our current one. All in all I would recommend Mark as he provides a great service and has helped us reduce our mortgage and life insurance costs.

I began the process for buying my first home earlier in the year and was looking around for a long time for a broker to help me get the best deal possible.
After reading through some of the other reviews on Google, I decided to give Mark a call to see whether he'd be able to help me out.
I'm pleased to say that not only did Mark have all the answers to my questions, he also managed to put my mind at ease on the process itself.
I was very nervous through the process and had many questions but Mark was very professional and always got back to me in a timely manner which always helped to keep me as calm as possible.
Beyond that, going through Mark rather than through the banks also allowed me to get a better deal than I'd be finding elsewhere.

Mark is a fantastic mortgage broker, as first time buyers looking for a mortgage it all seemed incredibly daunting but Mark made everything so easy and explained all of our options and what would be best for us. In our case this particular house had lots of issues with the bank needing structural reports etc. Mark dealt with the bank and explained everything to us and got the answers to any questions we had. Unfortunately this wasn't the house for us in the end but as soon as we find the next property we will definitely be using Marks services. Cannot recommend enough!
