I am not enjoying writing this. The ground plan of the shop produced by BEST did not agree with the OS plan. It was in error. The address on the plan was incorrect. My solicitor rejected the plan. I emailed BEST asking for corrections and some modifications (which I would have been prepared to pay extra for), but I got no response. I could not delay the lease any longer and so I had to give the work to someone else to complete. A bad customer experience.
