Hopeless. I had two trailer policies with this company, ending 3 days apart. The renewal messages kept coming through for the first trailer (which I had disposed of) but never for the second. Can't get through on the phone and the website doesn't work properly because it doesn't recognise the policy number.

Disappointed that the girl who dealt with us did listen closely enough to our requirements and took the years payments instead of setting up a monthly plan , and then decided to argue about it . Plus their advert is not clear on the terms of cover for a year traveling abroad , it's does not make everything clear in their marketing.

Three days of trying to get through on the phone to discuss a policy. 3 days [about 8 phone calls] of listening to "all our agents are busy, thank you for your patience". Gave up in the end. Re-insured with another broker [cheaper!].

Two years with shield total insurance no other company come close two what they offer.great for self build motorhomes.would highly recommend. But remember they cover lots of other items
