Our great new conservatory is finished and we are now able to enjoy it in the sun. Our journey started in Feb 2020, but the lockdown delayed the go ahead, we finally agreed to Carera design and price and work started on the foundation in June.

However It was a very difficult time with all the problems faced during the pandemic, lockdown and also some major challenges with the project due to technical design on the load bearing for the Bifold doors. Design was changed. Professionalism, Good service and Update were provided by Ian, Mark and Kerry throughout the project.

Work on the installation conservatory was completed in December. Lewis and his team were fantastic during the installation phase, polite, great craftmanship, as well as the other contractors for electrical and plastering.

There were delays but we were happy as long as the work was completed at a high standard. The final work from completed in January. I then had to planned my own work with door/window spraying, flooring and UFH heating, finally completed in March.

Below (pics) is the outcome a fantastic Conservatory, the quality of the build is excellent, and I cannot recommend Carera enough. Thanks to the whole team at Carera.

Can not fault the service we got with Carera Windows. They replaced all our windows and doors to our satisfaction.

Thank you Carera for replacing our old conservatory. As promised by Larry it is so much warmer in there now. Completed really quickly and the fitters worked so well even in the rain. Really happy with the whole process.

They fitted a door three years ago, but in such a bad way that the brickwork broke off with the door. It was fitted by Carera Windows at Baylie Street, Stourbridge on the 5th of March 2021, and we paid £1409.
I asked them to have a look, but they refused to have even a look at it.
Very disappointing.!
Now I have to find a builder who will reset the door and repairs the bricks.
(We actually managed to reset the door with longer screws in the right angle, and then a friend re-plastered around the frame.)

Great price relative to competitors' quotes and amazingly with equal or better quality windows. Fitters were prompt, friendly, polite and apologised for any mess before they left. Actually there was no mess. It was already clean, but they left it even tidier and cleaner than when they arrived. They fitted windows at my daughter's property and then moved on to ours. They were quick and efficient. Very happy with their work and with Carera's quality of windows.
Happy to recommend them to anyone who needs windows etc. installing or replacing. 😁😁😁👍

The whole process was great from start to finish and the end result was exactly what we wanted. The sales process was easy and we were not pressurised until we decided we wanted to go ahead. Once that decision was made it was easy to progress to order with Larry’s expertise and advice on what would work. The team kept us updated on fitting dates and the fitters were very professional, got on with the job with as little disruption as they could manage and tidied up well every day. The finished result is excellent and we would thoroughly recommend Carera to anyone wanting new windows and/or doors.
