This is my first MOT at SMC and what a great welcome…. John gave me some detailed advice with a query I had and explained how long I should expect to wait…. I had the option of waiting comfortably in the shop or head to Costa for a coffee….. My MOT was completed within the time frame stated….. The team at this family run business really do care about their customers and are passionate about the level of service they deliver….. Thank your for such a positive first impressions….. I will definitely be bringing all of my bikes to you…..

Saved my tour , loveley guys . Only shop within 60 miles of Wales to have a Road 6 in stock . Loveley clean workshop and facilities. Very welcoming. Just seeing the shop and there professionalism gave me the reassurance my baby was in safe hands. Very good price for roll in and out. Thanks so much for fitting me in last minute .

Absolutely brilliant place. Easy to book and as honest as they come. Booked in for he'd bearings to be replaced as was told they may need doing back in November when I had my service done.

Got a phone call to say they've tightened them and they are fine, no charge, when it could have easily been £400 for new head bearings.

I live an hour away and this is the only place I'll bring my bike now, as they are excellent and highly trusted.

Messaged really early yesterday morning explaining I needed a motorbike tyre and the size and everywhere I’d inquired had a really long wait as it’s back to bike season.
I wasn’t expecting a response due to it being early morning however I got a response and they managed to squeeze me in first thing!
Ride in fittings are few and far between and the price bracket is normally through the roof.
This was incredible reasonable pricing.
I was able to leave my helmet and gloves and go have a coffee in the Makies over the road.
I was given a rough estimate on how long it may take however it was done way before!
The man explained safety with my new tyre and dos and don’t and how long to wear it in.
10/10 service.
Not only got me in same day at such a short notice but so reasonably priced and the customer service was top notch
Thank you for my bike being back on the road!

Phoned up about a pair of new tyres. John readily answered my questions and we had decided on a pair and a price over text within the hour. Booked me in just 48 hours after I phoned. On the day, in and out in the quoted 90 minutes. Tyres feel fantastic and rims are as I handed them in. My go-to going forward 💯
