This company shipped 2 motorcycles from New Jersey to felixtowe , everything went like clockwork , bikes arrived exactly same as when I dropped them off to their depot in the states . I couldn’t praise this company enough , paperwork was impeccable and not a problem with customs clearance. Their staff even helped me load the bikes into my van and secure them . Well done Schumacher I hope to do business with you again in the future .

My first time import of a motorcycle from the states, was recommended Schumacher, I've been very impressed by the customer service and support. Bike arrived exactly as it left the states and was grateful to have dealt with their polite and professional staff on both sides of the Atlantic.

Shipped two motorcycles from the US with them. First bike they left the ignition on so battery was worthless upon arrival. Second bike they took the windscreen off without my knowledge and I had no tools to put in back on when I picked up the bike and that battery was dead for some reason. Also, office location in UK is impossible to find. My advise..find a different shipping company.

Stay away from this company.
On 10/4/2019, They demanded I pay them cash before finding out the engine in my SUV was destroyed. They claim to have nothing to do with this. And, among other things, refuse to give me my money back.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY OUT THERE DAMAGED MY VAN AND CLAIMED THEY DID NOT, HOW HAVE TO SUE DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AS THEY DON'T.
HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE THEY LIE AND STILL CLAIM ITS NOT THEM.
