Mark has been absolutely amazing. Always taking the time to explain all options thoroughly and answering any queries I had in a timely manner. My wife and I left things a little late with organising our BTL remortgage. We contacted Wendy and explained the situation we’d got ourselves in to and she got under way with it immediately. Every time I have dealings with Mark Stanton I am reminded that there are still kind, ethical people in the world. Mark was recommended to me in 2001 following which he secured a great deal on a mortgage even though, having been out of the country for some time, my situation could have been considered high risk. I am naturally hesitant in trusting those involved in finance but found him to be genuine and empathetic, ensuring he fully understood the circumstances and what was to be achieved before guiding me through the process with his calm and reassuring manner. Since those early days Mark has arranged several re-mortgages for me, the most recent being last month to include my new husband. As always, he was responsive, making us feel as though we had his full attention and that he had our best interests in mind. He even took time to negotiate a lower fixed rate after the mortgage offer had been made. Succinctly put; Mark is excellent at what he does and I would recommend him without hesitation.
