Since we started working together, Tracy has been amazing. Tracy supported me with submitting my tax return to HMRC - something I had no idea where to even begin with. However, Tracy made me feel completely at ease, walked me through the whole process, and dummy-proofed everything. She was there for every question and query, and I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend her services!

Tracy has worked with Family Wise since September 2021, and I can hand on heart say she has been amazing!
Tracy has gone above and beyond (and a little bit further than that at times) to support me in getting our existing accounts system running as it should and it has been at times for me, a daunting task but as Tracy quoted “I like a challenge!” and a challenge she has had.
Tracy has visited the FWL offices regularly over the past 8 months and spent several days in the office. Being able to meet regularly face to face has been beneficial and I know she is always at the end of the phone or an email.
The new financial year has seen us move to Xero for accounting and payroll and Tracy (and now Jenny) have worked tirelessly behind the scenes for Family Wise.
I would highly recommend Sapphire Finance Limited to anyone in need of book-keeping services.

I went to Tracy at Sapphire for help with my first year end returns to HMRC and I'm so glad I did. Prompt, Professional and a really nice person to deal with too. Everything was explained clearly so that I understood what was going on, she gave a lot of very good advice and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for assistance with their bookkeeping. Five Stars!!

I approached Tracy, from Sapphire Finance, having completed my accounts but wanting advice about other aspects of my self assessment form. Tracy was a great listener and understood my multiple income stream accounts and really helpful in saying what I could and could not claim for. She has a thorough and meticulous approach too and ensured that I knew exactly what I was agreeing to submit.

Tracey is the perfect solution for those who have already started submitting their self assessment forms and don't want to do it anymore and also for those just starting up and want to have someone take on this part of their business. If you are after a bookkeeper. I would highly recommend Tracy at Sapphire Finance. I have been using her for a while now because she is experienced with Xero and comes behind me tidying up and accurately reconciling all my transactions so I can see the wood for the trees.
