This year I decided that we needed a totally fresh pair of eyes auditing our Health and Safety procedures at work. By chance I happened upon Bristol Health and Safety run by Russell Haffner. Russell conducted an audit on both our head office in Bath and our Warehouse operations in Portbury this year. He is a very knowledgeable , engaging and polite person. He spent time talking to us and looking at how everything is evidenced and then made sure of what it looked like as an operator / staff member. Overall a very thorough look into everything. Then throughout the debrief Russell , whilst highlighting areas that needed addressing also was very supportive in exactly how to address them.
I am very pleased that we used Russell for our audit and look forward to his visit next year.
