Been with Premier Insurance since the start of 2020 and finally free of them. I cancelled my insurance with them and they still continued to take payment then refused to refund me because i apparently have to return paperwork in to their shop even though their opening hours are aligned with my working hours which I explained. They quoted my sister who has freshly passed her test “£10200” for a 1.2l fiat 500, and I was ripped off the whole time, even being quoted nearly £2000 in my third year with 0 faults. The actual company is solid and reliable in terms of service but I’m sick of getting ridiculous quotes from them it’s just insulting so have a 1 star review while I move companies.

i have dealt with Premier for many years they are always professional and very helpful . They give good sound advice sometimes they get my business and sometimes not but that's not down to them its down to the competitive nature of the car insurance market . However there is no hard sell , they are always my first port of call for a car insurance quote and would highly recommend them
