Being faced with the challenge of integrating a Fire Safety System into my office, I had no idea what firm to use. I looked at numerous websites & reviews, trying to decide. I decided on Tone Fire and Security as they were a local, family-run firm and more over the patience and technical knowledge they displayed during my initial telephone call.

The entire team were on time every morning; they worked efficiently and were able to install an in-depth system in just two days. However, what sets them apart from previous companies I have used is how they conduct themselves. Rob and Sheldon are two absolute Gentlemen who were a pleasure to deal with, both are knowledgable and friendly.

The system itself is perfect for our needs and certainly cost-effective in comparison to quotes from other local firms.

While I hope we never have to use the system, I am safe in the knowledge that we have a reliable and top notch system in place.

Due to an awful incident which occurred at our property we contacted Josh to install CCTV for the outside of our property he was so efficient and prioritised us that day. Josh & Sheldon showed the highest workmanship and was completed to an excellent standard, they were kind and courteous.

Tone is the only Fire & Security company I will use from now on in any future projects.
Josh and his team have gone far and beyond to accommodate my needs starting from just the installation of fire extinguishers to providing my fire inspection report, servicing of my aged alarm system that others had condemned to then installing a top quality CCTV system for my new business. Their work is without question the tidiest I have seen, the team is very professional and friendly and nothing has been a problem to overcome, I have been charged fairly and accordingly and if anything they have done more than they should for the price quoted which was very fair, they did not insist on replacing anything that didn’t need to be replaced. I have no question in recommending them and their ability in any home or business. Thankyou very much.
