Mike contacted me via the Unbiased website that I had emailed. Mike was extremely helpful with regards to helping me with my pension including taking my tax free lump sum. He made me feel at ease and explained things in the way I would understand, I would either meet him at his works or he would come over to me or we would have Zoom meetings. Mike also combined all my pension pots for me and we have regular meetings to see how I'm doing and how my pension is doing and keeping note of what I could be doing with it when the time comes whether it be a drawdown or guaranteed income related to personal circumstances. I would highly recommend Mike and Quantock if you need help understanding your pension and what to do with it. I like the way he says it as it is!
