Most highly recommended!!!
I had a mortgage with a major bank which was due for repayment but I wanted to renew and despite being a customer for forty years, nearly six times equity cover and sound financial history the bank did not have any interest in doing anything to help. Some bank loyalty!
To the rescue came Gavin !! Fully supportive from the outset,found three possible mortgage sources and I went with his recommendation. A great solution too. He is extremely helpful,knowledgeable and proactive and to be totally honest without his services, I would have had serious lifestyle changes at a most inconvenient time.. He has also helped two members of my family and it was they that recommended him.
A outstanding, friendly, efficient and professional service which is so often difficult to find these days.
