If you value your money and being treated fairly then I'd highly suggest avoiding this particular letting agency. My flatmate and I rented from them for just under 7 years, and whenever an issue arose, more times than not they were completely incompetent at managing our problems.

Furthermore, they attempted to deduct our entire security deposit for reasons such as (in their words) "redecoration", and fixing problems we made them aware of early in our tenancy. The move out process was particularly difficult as I feel they were purposefully being difficult for the sake of being difficult (particularly Stephanie). An example of this is trying to charge us for a mattress I had left that was in much better shape than the one provided in our tenancy that was covered in various stains. After I advised I was happy to collect the mattress, they were less than helpful and advised they would not spare us 10 minutes to enter the property and collect it.

Thankfully the company holding our deposit did not rule entirely in their favour and we got what I believe to be a fair amount for our deposit back. Happy we were not the only ones to see how ludicrous their check out report was.

Based on previous replies from earlier reviews, I have no doubt that they'll reply to this review in an attempt to condescendingly devalue my critiques, we'll wait and see. hopefully this review can at least warn potential renters of how poorly this company will treat you, please avoid.

Reply: please find attached email correspondence that suggests letting agency would not let us return to collect the unwanted mattress. You can clearly see nowhere does it state they would "check their diary" to allow us access. This only came after several emails back and forth with them and after bringing up our rights as tenants. It is reasons like THIS you should avoid these cowboys.

I also have a feeling theyre not particularly happy we received some deposit back, if that's the case why would they claim for the full amount?

Tenancy was such a hassle via this agency.
I moved into a flat which was VERY expensive on Park Gardens.
Upon moving in there was a stench of smoke, used underwear, cigarette burns on tables, broken sofa, unclean floors and windows, no hot water in the kitchen, issues with plumbing. Lots of additional issues throughout that I was constantly finding and having to deal with.
After a few months I asked for a rent reduction because I felt I was overpaying and I think £100 was knocked off my monthly bill. A week later, the landlord decides to move back in and gives me 28 days notice to move out!
I find somewhere else within a week, and get my references checked with Infiniti….
A few days later I get an email to say the landlord isn’t moving back in after all and I can stay… felt like a ploy to get me out in all honesty. I kindly refuse the offer of staying.
I move out.
Then to my astonishment, I’m sent a long list of things that apparently I’ve broken or damaged such as a crack in the window sill and chips in the bathroom sink.
I reminded them quickly of the photos I sent upon moving in against the inventory which was done so badly in check in (saying everything was in good condition when it wasn’t) then on check out doing a very thorough inspection and saying it was me! Absolutely appalling. After a few emails with Anne the manager agreed to give me my full deposit back.
But be warned tenants - check your inventory clearly and take photos!
This has really lost my faith in decent agencies.
Being a landlord myself, I’m left shocked and quite saddened by the whole thing really. Avoid. avoid, Avoid!

We had awful service whilst with this agency. Bad quality property, not worth the price. They also tried to over charge us when we left, with the cleaner being the owners daughter! Avoid!
Update* the floor boards were falling apart and seemed to be 50+ years old, shitty furniture and a bedroom door with a lock drilled in as a front door.
Yes we did stay there 3.5 years not by choice, until we could afford our own place and get away from awful landlords that increase the rent by the maximum every chance they get. Also i would say reporting mice multiple times a major issue. And we had to dispute the charge on departure, you were trying to charge £100 which was a joke. Hope this clarifies the situation.

Infiniti Properties have been very helpful throughout my tenancy. Recently I had an issue with getting into my flat and a very kind woman from Infiniti came to help, which was very kind of them on short notice.

Infiniti Properties Management Ltd in Glasgow have been excellent. They have been very fast and efficient and dealing with our move in and the fixes in our new apartment. The whole team are very professional, kind and friendly and we are glad they are managing our rental property. Terrible estate agency, we sent these pictures to them of the condition the property was in and was sent a youtube video. Ended up with mice which destroyed my couch. 3 month old son ended up in hospital with breathing problems due to damp conditions. Avoid at all costs.

In response to the comment below from infiniti properties, I have plenty of emails prove you didnt and this was not the case even tho I sent several emails asking you to address the issues. You couldnt even manage to go into the property after we left when it was bad weather to put the heating on to prevent the pipes from bursting and ruining the entire flooring downstairs which I would call karma.

First time dealing with an agency as a tenant looking for a flat, and have been pleasantly surprised by how good everything has been, from flat viewing to the tenancy itself. Everything has been arranged quickly, which was even more impressive given the current housing situation in Glasgow.

Viewing has been great, and the decision has been made almost right away, while other agencies sometimes took weeks to accept which was a huge waste of time.

Background checks and the whole process of setting up the tenancy have been easy, thanks to Sharon who was there to guide the whole process and promptly answered any queries that we had. Proper tenancy contracts have been arranged with no trickery. Nice system to electronically sign the contracts.

The tenancy is supported by an additional website that is very useful and shows current details of the tenancy, stores your balance and also allows to file detailed repair requests, that show up as ongoing maintenance issues, until resolved. However, the good thing is that you do not need to fully rely on the software, and can always opt to send them an email and expect a quick reply.

Additionally, Inifinity uses an independent third-party company (Pinstripe) to build inventories, who did a very thorough and detailed report with many images, and also have a system where you can add your own comments and evidence before you accept the inventory, which is neat!

Overall, very satisfied with Infinity as my first time dealing with an agency. This review covers everything from the viewing, up until the first week of the tenancy. I will provide another review further down the tenancy.
