This company does not even deserve 1 star. We have had water ingress for over 2 years. Newton took over the factor in December 2023 and we are still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Email trail going back over a year from all residents looking for action and no further forward. Emails and calls ignored with little to no response. Meeting in December with residents were "Ewan" accepted responsibility for his short comings...and still no further forward. Recent communication was to inform of fee increase, we have been paying for absolutely nothing from them apart from paying our close electric bill. Absolutely horrendous experience with this so called. Gourock homeowner.

Absolute shambles of a factor.

Like someone else stated, not very customer friendly, but very friendly at taking their £40 every month for not a lot work.

Well if you consider cutting a 7m X 8m square bit of grass work.

I've never felt so robbed in all my life. I genuinely don't know what £40 per month each from 6 residents gets you? They're robbing people blind.

Making up quotes for work that needs done on the building, then harassing you constantly when you can't afford to pay at short notice, even after you've offered to pay monthly to get the repairs done.

Beginning to feel like an extortion racket.

I'll be seeking to break away from this bunch of charlatans real soon.

The other reviews here are unsurprising. My experience: a company very focused on maximising its profits with little regards to standards of morality or professionalism. Formal complaint ignored; continues to invoice me for amounts that correspond to zero actual work on their part; can't even get the dates on the invoices right. Immense amount of stress and wasted time trying to resolve things with them. Will take to County Court (or they can do as they threatened to me, and face a counter claim).

I agree with the previous reviewers. I have been chasing a credit balance for months. They never return a call when promised and never respond to emails. I haven’t received a single response and am always told the person who deals with it is off and will call me back. Total shambles.

Very poor about dealing with problems you have very quick on taking your money though been trying to do away with grass cutting and doing it myself but keep saying you must have the majority of the block grass cutters leave the place in such as mess and not worth the money the factors are taking for them for about 10 mins work highly not recommended
