What can we say ? And where do we begin, we gave Ian a call failing an attempt with another local mortgage provider. After explaining to Ian our situation at the time, Ian was very efficient and we are completely impressed and very pleased with the outcome.

Ian understood our situation and immediately got to work on helping us with everything we needed, helped me navigate his online portal which is a fantastic; easy way for setting up a mortgage and so much easier to complete a fact finder. The portal contains everything so you can easily access anything you need surrounding the whole process.

Reassurance was given each time going through the process and Ian was always quick getting back in touch and answering the phone, nothing was ever any hassle for him.

We are fully thrilled with the support and guidance Ian has given us from the get go, and his receptionists was also a great help at the start ! Ian is brilliant and has been all the way through and kept us updated throughout. We cant help but feel that if it wasnt for Ian then we would have been pretty snookered.
