This company is the best for many , many miles around the UK, for short-term borrowing loans from home. My dealings with them, with their home visit payment collector, Jayne, have exceeded my expectations as a customer. So friendly. So easy to communicate with. I am Aaron spiller and my partner is Ryan jones. Both valleys customers

As you can see my review this time is different to my previous review 12 months ago.

I have now had several loans from valleys finance. And have been told I could only have an increase of £50 per loan. To now find out 6 loans later that it is possible to get an increase up to 200 per loan. We have also been told it’s down to our agents discretion as to how much of an increases we have.

Myself and my partner both of us have been building up our loans and have now both had 6/7 loans each. Have been paying over £100 back a week between us. And I just feel extremely insulted for not knowing before on the multiple previous £50 increases that we could have applied for an increase up to £200.

We just feel as if we are told one thing and then another. And we don’t feel like we are offered loan amounts based on our new past payment loan history with them. Or our income and affordability. And genuinly feel insulted to be told we can’t have an increased as have had a. £50 increase each in the last 6 months. But before this we was had a £50 increase on our, first , second and 3rd loans. But now being told you can have an increase then on the next loan you can but then after that one. But yet we had 3 increases each me and my partner in a row.

I feel genuinly dissatisfied. And insulted in some what way. We have been very good costumers. Both myself Aaron spiller and my partner Ryan jones. Both getting a loan at the same time and paying double payment amounts, double loans. I just feel gutted and feel we’ve been let down massively for our holiday with we have spent the last year and a half building these loans up for. Extremely disappointed. The amount we’ve paid in interest and we can’t even get the desired amount we want. Stuck on £650 and my partner Ryan stuck on £700 when all we wanted was £800 each.
