I agree with Rhian as I would never buy a house from this company again. They are absolutely appalling to deal with. Site Manager is shocking and says he will arrange for snags to be done and doesn't do them. They make appointments for workmen to turn up and they don't and then basically call you a liar and say appointment wasn't made. Promised to replace our kitchen cupboard doors within a month of moving in, as original doors are damaged and then send replacement doors which looked secondhand, and were in a worse damaged state than the ones already in the property. 7 months later and I am still waiting for replacements. I have windows which are so poorly fitted that you can hear people talking out in the street on otherside of the road. Sent email of complaint 3 months ago and still haven't had the courtesy of a reply. Seems like once they have your money they are not interested in finishing snags and having happy customers.

Absolutely appalling customer service and non existent after care service. Snag list - forget it, you might as well do it yourself and if you’ve got a larger problem don’t waste your time talking to Andrew Pettigrew (Director) as he’ll lie to your face without shame.

I will never buy a house from this company ever again. Poor quality and the abuse I received from the site manger was just an awful experience for me. 18 months of hell after moving in. Shocking experience
