I had a very disappointing experience with DPA during my first property purchase. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication ruined the entire process for me. They were unresponsive to my queries, and their advice was often unclear and unhelpful. I would not recommend going to this law firm for any legal services.

What a lovely team! They really break down the legal jargon so you know what you need to do to protect yourself and your business. Impressed with the level of knowledge and the warm welcome when visiting their modern offices in Llanelli. DPA Law Llanelli were amazing in dealing with our sale and purchase, specifically Stacey Lewis.

Our chain collapsed a week before we were due to exchange & complete back in August 2023, but after finding new buyers we were able to get the ball rolling again in 2024. Stacey was brilliant in dealing with all situations thrown her way.

After a previously terrible experience with a purchase (with a different law firm) we were under the impression that all solicitors/conveyancers were difficult to contact and work with. But Stacey would send regular updates and calls when necessary and explained everything thoroughly.

We can’t thank Stacey enough for all of her work, and for just being a lovely down to earth person.

I would not hesitate to recommend DPA Law to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Do not use this law firm! Very unprofessional law practice that is only interested in your money. They do not follow through on what you have engaged them to do. I see from quite a few reviews in the past that this seems to be common practice. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews because they were recommended by a friend. I sent numerous emails with no response but they had no problem in sending the bill. I have now engaged with another law firm who will start a complaints procedure and make sure they can not continue to scam their clients.

Avoid this firm at all costs!

I wanted to support my local businesses instead of going through the big firms and 12 months later I am still dealing with their absolute incompetence.
I cannot begin to express how exhausted I am by DPA Law. All I needed was a “help 2 buy” buy out. I was given a quote at the start which I was happy with, then submitted all documentation. 3 solicitors later I am still waiting for the case to be closed. Instead, they only know how to follow up when they want money from you. I have had to exchange countless of emails and have multiple conversations for them to honour my quote instead of asking for £300 extra and yet waiting 5 months to hear back from the branch manager that apologised and promised to look after my case.
If you want peace and mind, avoid this firm like the plague.
And I don’t even expect to hear back from them on this review and will have to seek advice on suing them for causing distress.

Took over 4 years to deal with my aunts estate who had a Will. Was told people had left to find they hadn’t. Wrong forms sent out waisting months at a time. I too would like no stars. Today was sent a letter to have both executors names spelt wrong. This sums them up. Definitely do not recommend. I have never written a bad review but this firm deserves it.

I’m really not recommending!!! 😡😡😡 We are trying to purchase house with them since February and we are still dealing with them. They changed a few times our case holders and never informed us about it. Lies, lies, lies… we will call you back is their standard answer. They never do! I’m really regretting that we chosen this company! I’m really losing faith that we will ever purchase with Dpa Law!
