I have given thousands of pounds worth of work to this firm. The recent property purchase they sat on for weeks. When I chased up they said an ID wasn’t sent and payment on account of £150. petty useless excuse. It would have taken 5 mins to call and ask for these instead of waiting weeks for us to chase this up.
This firm is really disappointing and unprofessional. Thankfully we have found a new firm in Swansea which is far more efficient. They are handling a bigger case and respond and communicate effectively without being chased. Peter Lynn can’t even handle a basic house purchase. Even our wills were incorrectly written and took months. I won’t be using this firm again.
