Owen was recommended to me via a colleague for a mortgage. David Gissing is HANDS DOWN the best broker I’ve ever worked with!!! As a woman with multiple businesses I am so busy, tired and always spinning so many plates but from the very first time we ever spoke on the phone I knew I was onto someone great.

If I could give Conner 10 stars, I would. I can't stop bragging to my friends about how good a broker I have, how knowledgeable, supportive and hard-working he is. I’m very disappointed with the service I received from LDN - they helped me with my remortgage and promised to ensure that they would let me know if the rate I had secured was improved upon in the time leading up to the remortgage date (2 months later).

In this time a friend alerted me to the fact that the rate had lowered but I realised I had missed my 14 day window of the opportunity to switch over to the far improved rate. I confronted Heather who claimed that the rate had changed too late for me.

This is a blatant lie - in the 2 months it had in fact (I have since found out) changed 3 times - with the latest decrease taking it from 5.45% to 4.69% - and all well within the window of opportunity to change. This has cost me a lot of money - and I am left wondering why I bothered to enlist your company to help me - I would have been far better off doing it myself as I would have been keeping an eye on the rates instead of trusting my adviser to do her job. I absolutely would not recommend your company
