I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service provided by Sophie from the admin team. Her attitude was shockingly unprofessional—rude, abrupt, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. It's unacceptable to treat people with such dismissiveness, especially in a role that requires communication and support. Sophie’s behavior reflects poorly on the entire team and makes it clear there’s a serious need for customer service training and accountability. I expected far better and sincerely hope this issue is addressed.

Lianne was the lady who helped me today about my accident I was involved in yesterday. I must say she was absolutely very very helpful and professional all the way through, very patient, understanding and above all she has a great experience in her job and I can say she was professionally trained for that reason her supervisor trust her a lot .
