I just wanted to extend my sincerest gratitude to Cuff and Gough for helping us purchase our first home.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge that Cuff and Gough were by no means the cheapest conveyancer to instruct, however, I truly believe we had such a brilliant service from them and more by the team.

Our purchase came with a number of challenges, one being the estate management fees for which we required a deed of variation. Debbie and her team throughout the transaction kept us up to date and ensured realistic expectations were made throughout. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for Debbie and her team and it made us feel so at ease that we had made the right decision.

We had a number of pleasant exchanges with many of the team, Ashleigh, Chloe, and of course Debbie, every e-mail was full of information and we felt in the loop at every step - including e-mails to and from the sellers solicitors. At no point did we feel unsure where we were in the sales journey.

I can only apologise to the team for our questions as first time buyers, however, they did respond and explain anything that we needed with patience; which was truly appreciated!

One minor note, I did have to call the office to make a payment and upon answering my inquiry, I had a rather short exchange that was quite transactional. It may be because I train customer service for an airline, but an introduction from the person the other side of the phone would have been appreciated - I still do not know who I spoke to that day. I accept however, everyone can have an 'off' day, but it is something I did want to mention.

Overall, the team have been absolutely phenomenal, I truly believe Cuff and Gough have superior legal standards. I have never know such fastidious and meticulous approaches, every enquiry raised was extremely thorough, compared to our sellers solicitor which left some to be desired.

Please do not let the price put you off, whilst a more premium rate I found the quote from Cuff and Gough to be very accurate. There were no hidden fees at any point and we felt we knew what the final invoice would look like, they are head and shoulders above the rest. We had a truly premium service!
