The service I received from DM Mortgages was excellent. There was no hard sell or the impression that they were more interested in getting their commission that can sometimes occur with other companies.

Made an enquiry about an insurance policy and had two meetings with Jonathan Sizer. Although due to personal circumstances I was not able to get the desired policy, Jonathan gave an exceptional service, he explained things very clearly and was more than willing to help point me in the right direction. We used Dunham McCarthy as mortgage advisors for our recent house purchase. We were assigned Nicola to help with our case and the service she provided was excellent from start to finish.

She was informative, detailed and worked with us throughout the process, finding the most suitable mortgage for our situation, and also helping us to choose the life insurance for our requirements.

I first started watching the DM Mortgages YouTube channel a couple years ago when I was researching getting on the property ladder. I knew I would contact them when I was ready to purchase my first home and I was not disappointed by the service. Annette was amazing, very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond to any queries I had and provide advice. Annette recommended a solicitor who was also great and also provided support to get the relevant insurance in place for completion.

DM mortgages provides an excellent broker service for first time buyers. I know this because this is the service I received. They talk you through the mortgage process and help with all your financial needs. From finding a mortgage company for a loan to offering broker services for home insurance and other life/mortgage policies. Our broker was Annette and she was fantastic. From start to finish. She even notified us when the interest rates dropped so we could access these after our mortgage was approved. I highly recommend this company.
