RDM had exactly the car I was looking for, a black SLK250 AMG a 2014 model and well priced and lovely condition. They made the purchase very simple and stress free and sorted out all the advisories on the MOT at their cost, serviced the car, fityed decent new tyres and even sorted a last minute mechanical hitch which was dealt with properly and thoroughly. I am really impressed with this little used car dealership and their service has gone a long way to remove a lot of long held misconceptions I have harboured about used car dealers - these are definately not in that class.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a good used car.

I bought my Audi Q3 from RDM 12 months ago. I had great service from the get go, test drove the car, agreed the sale and collected my fully valeted car all within a week. One of the headlight bulbs blew after 4 days of having the car and RDM replaced it with no quibble and no charge the next day!!!
I have just recently taken it for a service with them and I also asked them to adjust my bonnet catch. This was all completed in a timely fashion and the car was returned to me ready to go and bonnet catch all sorted. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received and I would recommend a trip to RDM if you are in the market for a new car, can't go wrong. Thanks guys.xx

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the ongoing issues I have experienced with a car that has been faulty since the day of purchase. Despite being persuaded by the RDM direct that a simple battery replacement would resolve the problem, the issue persists.
I have incurred significant financial losses due to repeated repairs, yet the car continues to experience frequent battery failures, necessitating jump-starts whenever left unattended for more than 30 minutes. It is disheartening to learn that even the authorized branded dealer, with whom I conducted thorough investigations and repairs, has been unable to identify and rectify the underlying faults.
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover diagnostic charges if the faults remain undiscovered. Consequently, I have had to pay for additional diagnostics, resulting in further financial losses. As of today, the car remains in the garage, completely inoperable. I have already replaced the battery twice, and I am currently incurring rental expenses each time, despite having paid for the car and its purchase.
The situation is further compounded by the fact that I am unable to use the car as intended. This experience has been a source of immense pain, suffering, and stress, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and the financial burden I have been subjected to.

I recently bought a car through RDM Direct. The staff were friendly and delivered a great service throughout. When I initially viewed the car, there were a few dents and marks that needed cleaning up but these were fixed and the car looked amazing when I picked it up. There was a small issue with the thermostat but this was swiftly dealt with by a local garage who were then reimbursed for the work as part of the warranty. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend RDM Direct if you are in the market for a new car.

Brought a Ford Fiesta ecoboost black edition back in February 2024 and I have owned it since. I was assured upon buying it that any required maintenance was done and given a 12 month MOT.

Over a year later, In June 2025 I have put about 15k miles on it yet not had to spend a single penny on maintenence. The sales staff were great back when I first got it and made very clear If I were to have any issues they would be happy to help.

I will definitely consider buying another car from them when the time comes. Clearly a very well managed garage with experienced staff.

Tried to sell my car through Motorway to this lot.
Made a decent offer which I accepted then they messed me about for more than a week with no communication and constant broken promises of vehicle collection (after I'd called them). I waited in for days and evenings without any show then when they finally did come they changed their mind and didn't want the car anyway.
Wasted a good week of my life on these time wasters!

Helpful, personable and professional - I had a very positive experience in car shopping through RDM Direct. I had been slightly hesitant given the handful of negative reviews amongst the mostly positive ones, but am pleased to say that my own experience, relating to a 2017 BMW 7 Series, was wholly positive. I was assisted initially by Nick and then when Nick was on leave, by Adam. Both were very straightforward to work with, no pressure and did what they said they would. Thank you gentlemen!
