I have recently used John German and would highly recommend them. From start to finish they have been helpful, efficient and and have done everything they can to make sure the sale progressed smoothly. I would also like to mention Vicky Hughes as she couldn't have been any more helpful. She put a huge amount of work in to coordinating between myself, my buyers and our solicitors and I'm sure if we hadn't had her help, things would have happened alot more slowly. I would absolutely recommend John German to anyone looking to sell their property.

I’ve had an amazing service from start to finish. I’m currently in the process of both buying and selling a property with them. Throughout the whole process, they have called me every few days so I’m constantly updated, and it’s so nice to not have to chase people for once. Vicky Hughes in particular has been a god send and has continuously chased up solicitors on both sides to make sure it goes through as quickly as possible. I have absolutely no complaints and would use them again and again!

Excellent experience overall. My move involved two stages and luckily the whole chain was with John German who were helpful and proactive throughout. There may be slightly lower fees with some agents but as I have said to many people recently ‘John German will sell your property , not waste your time!’

I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional service I received from John German. As a past client, I chose them again for a valuation, trusting their previous reputation. An agent was booked promptly, and I was assured I’d receive a follow-up call within *“a couple of days.”* Three weeks later, **nothing.**

Despite chasing relentlessly via phone and email, **no one has bothered to respond**—not even to acknowledge the delay. This utter lack of communication is inexcusable and disrespectful. My time has been completely wasted, and the total disregard for client care is shocking.

I regret ever giving them a second chance. Avoid John German unless you enjoy being ghosted by a company that clearly doesn’t value its clients. Never using them again.
