I would not recommend working with Kershberg and co, completely wasted my time with my claim. I contacted them as a first time claimer, as I needed help with getting the right repair deal for my bathroom damp damage caused by the upstairs flat. After two months of ‘reviewing’ they said they had too much work to handle and they could have said this at the start. If you want straight answers or want things done quickly, I would not recommend going with Kershberg.
