My husband found LWM mortgages through a search online. Luke provided us with multiple Decisions in Principles over a few years until we were ready to buy, when he managed to get us an excellent mortgage deal. He was patient, understanding, eternally helpful and always responded immediately to our many, (often stupid) questions. He guided us through a very complicated and stressful time in our lives, from beginning to end, giving us fantastic advice, helping us find a solicitor, house insurance, life insurance, you name it! He was just incredible. We changed our mind on our first house offer and he was so supportive and understanding even through for him he had to start from scratch with a new mortgage offer from a new bank as the interest rates had all changed, at no extra charge. Luke has dealt with two property moves for me, as well as providing guidance on other potential moves, over the past five years.

Finding someone you can trust in this industry is difficult, however from the first meeting I had with him it was clear he operates differently to the majority which really sets him apart from his peers.
