The service I have received has been very impressive. My emails are always responded to promptly and I receive practical advice, which was really helpful during my first year as a Ltd Company. BTS are effectively a free service; my first accountancy was lazy and was inefficient and left me with huge HMRC bills. Agnieszka and Tad, and their team know their subject, do things correctly; but ensure your using the tax breaks applicable to your business. I sleep well knowing there are no hidden surprises and I have good people making sure I am in an informed position.

I had before two accountants but not such a good like BTS now, which has been recommended to me by my friend. I am with them for a half year now and all of the problems that have been caused by my previous accountants are now being solved smoothly and very effectively. Tad always finds the time to talk about any accountancy issues and always is willing to solve them. Whenever I think that there is no possible solution for an issue, he always finds the good business tips and financial advises how to manage with problems, what obviously bases on his great knowledge in this subject. His service is always on a very professional level. I am very satisfied with BTS services and I would definitely recommend them to others.
