First of all great customer service!!! Thanks Jackie and George!! It has been such an stresful time moving houses but Jackie and George made things so easy! Honestly it was great and easy all the process. We are using Blue Bear for storing our house content between houses. First of all, I have to mention that Jackie, our contact at Blue Bear, was first class throughout our dealings with the company. Very friendly, responsive and helpful - what a change from dealings with other companies. Thank you Jackie!
We rented two containers from Blue Bear for an indefinite period. One was returned after three months. Access to the Long Stanton site is brilliant (no minor roads to negotiate) and access to our containers within the site was easy, even with a Luton van. The site is secure, well maintained and the containers are in excellent condition. Pricing is clear and competitive though you do have to give a months notice which can lead to paying for an empty container for several weeks.
We wholeheartedly would recommend them to our friends and relatives.

I used Blue Bear Storage for my belongings whilst between houses, and I cannot rate their service high enough.
The premises is secure, easy to access, and the storage containers clean and watertight.
Everything was arranged very quickly following first enquiry, which was admittedly at rather short notice. Hire charges, key management, payments and insurances are all very straightforward. The overall cost of storage my belongings at Blue Bear was the best solution I could find, and a rolling-month contract meant I wasn't going to be out of pocket on a long-term hire.
Jackie was my point of contact, and was amazing in providing assistance. It was forecast to rain at time of checkout, and she allowed me access to an adjacent empty container whilst I shuffled my belongings from storage into transport so they didn't get wet - fantastic customer service.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blue Bear to anyone, and would certainly use them again myself if need arose.

Blue Bear gave me a top notch service. From the booking process to the quality of the unit, they were always up to scratch. Dan at the St Ives site did a great job as did the other members who helped me over the time with them. I received valuable advice over the size of unit I might need and the type of contract I needed to enable a smooth, cost effective and stress free storage solution during our segmented house move. I cannot praise this company enough.

Used Blue Bear for storing our house contents between houses. 6 months of trouble free rental. Everything always went smoothly whenever we needed access. Always easy to contact Blue Bear when necessary, and always seemed to speak to one of the two usual people, so it felt quite a personal service. Considering we were storing a lot of soft furnishings over the worst 6 months of weather of the year, nothing got damp/mouldy or smelly. Would highly recommend.

Amazing company, very friendly and understanding.
only hoped to used our storage unit for a couple of months, ended up being a year!

The payment date fell just before our payday (we didn't ask to change the date that it had been set up as) so we had a few late payments. Blue Bear were relaxed and understanding of our short comings. One time when we had missed a payment and tried to get in but the gate wouldn't open, one of the guys rang me straight away explaining what had happened and processed the payment on the phone (even though it was out of office hours - i think).

the yard was always very clean and accessible, and should i ever need a storage unit again, Blue Bear will definitely be the first people i contact.
