Here is my humble review of IG Trading platform. I'm trading for over a decade and I've tried throughout a few others platforms. I started with IG bout 5 years ago and I'm very satisfied. It's definitely on top of the other platform I've used. I consider that they are very focused on us they are trying to help us as much possible to have winning trades, they are providing a lot of information. Every time I trade with them I feel like home I feel like spending time with my family, I really love them. I'm IG forever. Next time when I will get very drunk I might tattoo myself with an IG forever. 🙂

Avoid. I sold £14k of shares and I'm still waiting for my money nearly two weeks later because the buyer hasn't paid up yet and I've no idea when they will. I don't know the point of a broker who doesn't ensure the money is available BEFORE they transfer my shares out of my account. I will be closing my account as soon as I'm able. With regard to their response, I've already been in touch and I'm still waiting for them to email me.

Title: Exceptional Customer Service Experience with IG International

I recently had an outstanding experience with IG International's customer service that I feel compelled to share. At exactly 22:29, I sent an email to the IG help desk regarding a bank deposit I had made that was credited to the wrong account. I requested their assistance in adjusting the deposit to the correct account.

To my amazement, just six minutes later, at 22:35, I received an email from IG International advising me that the adjustment had been made. The speed and efficiency with which my issue was resolved truly exemplify customer service at its best.

In an era where timely and effective customer support can be rare, IG International stands out. Their prompt response and quick resolution of my issue have left me thoroughly impressed and grateful.

Very easy to use platform. I'm writing now with regards to my use of the Chat feature to explore a potential investment outside of the standard exchanges, and the customer service experienced. First, I connected with someone immediately after answering a few short chatbot questions. IG staff took time to review my interest and although in this instance the request couldn't be fulfilled, I did think that I was given appropriate support and that the IG staff member cared about fully answering the question raised. I've been with IG for a number of years and am happy to continue to use them.

Made a withdrawal request, unbeknownst to me withdrawal requests after 20:00 on Friday’s are not automatically processed as quickly as they normally are, I of course was worried as I did not receive an email confirming my withdrawal request, thinking that my money had vanished I contacted the support team, who were quick to reassure me that the request had been received and would be processed the following week Monday, the response time was fantastic, the professionalism, and reassuring tone used calmed my worries, many thanks to the agent I spoke with, and IG in general. Fantastic service.

Due to my own errors and stupidity (Not to mention old age): I made a huge mistake this morning and bought three positions instead of one. Having tried to rectify this myself it only got worse and I lost half my platform, so I rang IG technical support and the gentleman who had the unfortunate task of dealing with my problems , was none the less patient and brilliant.
I have been extremely happy with IG, in all the years I have day traded in retirement with them and I would thoroughly reccomend their services to anyone. Thanks again IG and to all a merry Christmas and happy New Year !!!
