I was looking to buy a property, and thanks to Steve I find out about some serious structural issues and I had pull out. The report was detailed, with good insights, photos and repair costs. The communication was very good throughout the process. As a first time buyer I did not know many of the terms, and Steve explained everything very well. I do recommend this company and I am grateful for the support in finding out all the issues before buying the property.

I needed a level two home buyer survey in an area of the UK unfamiliar to me so sought out a local surveyor via Google .. having opted for Steve at CPM I can't fault what he did!! .. Steve delivered a 59page report with over 200 photos of the property, spent nearly an hour on the phone to then explain all of his findings, then took time to send a further explanatory email about what next to do that would assist me with the purchase and various queries he raised based on a compliance/regulatory issue .. really impressed by how thorough and helpful Steve was!!

Steve was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, totally personable and highly detailed in his work. Quickly got back to me with a reasonable quote and examples of Level 3 surveys for reference, communicated great throughout. Arrived on time if not early on the day and stayed as long as he needed to get what he needed. His report was extremely thorough and the additional of cost estimates was extremely beneficial, had the report the next working day too.
