Was pushed by their BD team to Arrange a first call with them , I'm in Saudi so time is precious , rushed to get to the Teams call then .. nothing . Apparently their advisors kids were sick ... don't think they get it ... they were selling to me ! First impressions always for me ... felt like I was un important

I had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Hoxton Capital Management. They assigned Luke Bennett to be my financial advisor. We do not live in the U.K. and had tried two different companies, working for us to sort out our U.K. pension with no satisfactory results. We, then came across Hoxton Capital Management who told us that it was no problem, that they could help us.
We found Hoxton to be a very professional company, there to answer any questions and queries.
We could not have asked for a more professional, polite and trustworthy person in Luke Bennett.
We are hoping to continue to work with Luke Bennett and Hoxton in the future.

Was initially cold called by this company in Sept 20 regarding transferring my pension pots.
To be honest this has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with working with Zaheer Hussain in the Dubai office and 17 months later I have still not gained any success.
This service this company provides is absolutely rubbish and unless you have a very large pension pot eventually you will be moved down the pecking order until you are forgotten about.
The lies and excuses for the delays I have been fed by this cowboy company are a complete joke.
If you ever get cold called by this company please report them as that was the first bad sign and the rest of the service is just second rate.
I have now been in touch with a UK company and had 2 meetings explaining everything and now things are running smoothly.
