I had a breakdown on the M25 and was really impressed with the service I received from start to finish. The office staff were friendly, efficient, and reassuring when I called in – they took my details quickly and let me know help was on the way.

A big thank you to Mark, who arrived in just 35 minutes – exactly when they said he would. He was professional, calm, and got me and my vehicle to safety with no fuss at all. It’s never fun breaking down on the motorway, but these guys made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.

I wanted to post a review as we had such a fantastic service from DR Recovery. We landed at Gatwick Airport after a 2 week holiday when our car wouldn't start. DR Recovery towed our car all the way back home to Pembrokeshire in West Wales for us. We were on the road within in 2 hours of making the initial call for the journey of approx 260 miles. Holly, the driver was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional and made the situation less stressful for us. She was also excellent company on the long drive in trying circumstances. Massive thanks to Holly and DR Recovery for their assistance and amazing service to get us and our car home safely.

Brad came to my rescue today and firstly I was told I would possibly have to wait 2-3 hours for recovery. Brad was there is about 15 minutes. Huge relief broken down on the busy A22.
He was cheerful and so friendly and very professional.
I was advised by the person on the phone that recovery drivers are not mechanics and purely there to recover my car to the chosen garage. Within a couple of minutes Brad diagnosed the problem as my alternator. He certainly was over and beyond a driver only!
Thank you Brad you made the misery of breaking down a hell of a lot easier for me! ☺️

Came in on his day of to pick up my car that was involved in an etc, kept me up to date with delays due to Saturday traffic,

Excellent all round, easy to contact and arrange picking up my little Abarth 595 with a broken clutch. Arrived when they said they would and took great care loading and strapping down my car and dropping it off the other end. If I ever need to get a car collected again, they will be my first call.

Stranded on roadside and Brad drove past see that I needed some assistance so he came back and gave me a hand. Great lively chap with personality . Ever so grateful he could assist me without asking him as I was stranded in my Renault clip. Thank you
