I am a first time buyer and I originally contacted Mike at ​True Cost Mortgages​ because I wasn't sure if my circumstances meant I could get a mortgage. From the first phone call Mike was honest, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. He is extremely friendly and easy to talk to but completely professional as well.

Not only did Mike secure me a Mortgage, which at the time I really didn't believe was going to be possible, he also made sure he found me a really good rate with a well known lender. He done extensive research and came back to me with 3-4 different illustrations before making the final decision of who to apply with. All the leg work is done by him and all I had to do was provide documentation and proof.

Mike was always on hand for a call, email or text. Even when he was trying to enjoy a holiday in Portugal (as we were at the most important stage of the application). I honestly can't think him enough.

I would urge anyone who is thinking of getting a Mortgage but is not confident with their circumstances whether that be credit file, income, self employment etc to call ​True Cost Mortgages​. ​Mike ​has been worth every penny​ and​ I will be 100% using ​him ​again in the future​,​ when the time comes to look at remortgaging.
