I have been a Medicash member since penny in the pound days. I have never had an issue with making a claim. The staff are very helpful if you have a query. The online claim process is so easy, even I can use it. Well worth my monthly payment and wouldn’t be without my Medicash membership

I have been with Medicash or a lot of years,between 40+years, possibly longer both for myself and my husband . We have always had excellent service and help with claims no matter what it has been for, The staff are always helpful and go the extra mile.advice to get the most from your claims and changes to your policy are first class, and payments are always quick. Medicash has been a Godsend over the Years and I always
encouraged new and younger staff to join when I was in a Management position whilst working for my local council.

I thought they were decent until recently.

I tried claiming for a treatment, Sent the receipt and everything, only for them to reject it and say it doesn't have the name of the doctor and his qualifications.

where in the Keir Starmer and the Kings' United Kindgom, do doctors have their names and qualifications on the receipt (except a private practice) ....they referred to T/C .. and the example of what they required in the T/Cs I met.

Did i generate the receipt myself ? Did they call the establishment to confirm the treatment?

All these questions they couldn't answer when i called on phone.

Tone deaf treatment.

my company thought they were helping us staff, but got in bed with a dishonest bunch.

my annoyance stems from the cost of living and been in debt. and Medicash has made my situation worse for a claim they don't want to pay.

I should have never gotten the treatment, because this has set me a couple of pounds back in my finances.
