Avoid at all costs. Do not turn up on time. Terrible work. Mess left. Debris all over roof and site. Did not fix the issues or follow the quotation provided. Actually made the issue worse. Cracked good tiles and not replaced them. Unreliable. DO NOT USE!

Worst company ever
They are subcontractors of Regenda and kept on making appointments for a roof job without turning up. I would keep getting calls for further appointments without an apology or even a word about why they didn't turn up. I had to get Regenda on their case and they finally put the scaffolding up. It seems like they won't do a job properly without supervision. AVOID.

Also,they came and left half a scaffolding up and kept delaying after that

First 2 lads who came was ok the 2that came friday was late turning up then decided to sit in their van for 20minutes on their phones 1had really bad attitude but was ok when he came down and realised the job was bigger than was told i would not have roof care ever also said je had put new felt up but never took any tiles off to put felt down will be ringing them Monday and i will be telling them

I am a sanctuary council tennant and have to be honest have had so many problems with work over 4 Yrs, All from roof leaks, miss information, wrong measurements,parts missing, wrk lads ,jobs re generated,due to not done properly . Today I have 4 outstanding repairs with leaks,2 of which not done properly and had to put job on again. 1 Major leak since 7th December still not been attended to, I’ve no phn line tv ,broadband ,soaked carpets electric sockets capped off ,yet job is supposed to be urgent! Sanctuary also to blame, But Today Steve jones and Tom arrived for another roof leak. I cnt fault their work what so ever,Even fixing wht their previous wrk colegues hadn’t done properly,and put a job on for further works that yet again previous lads had missed yet shld of been obvious had they done their job properly. These two guys went above and beyond ,it’s a pity the rest don’t take notice.I just hope I get these two guys again as I’ve certainly got no faith in previous what so ever.It’s about time the owner took more notice as so many bad reviews.My positive review is for Steve and Tom No one else at all

Awful company. They were contacted for repairs by my housing association. Keep turning up when I've not agreed to the appointment time or day. I called their office saying I can't make it on the day they decided with minimal notice...they came anyway. I called back saying I can't make appointment for two weeks due to different appointments and work/studying commitments and I get an automated text that I can't reply to saying they are coming today. Unnecessary stress i don't need and to be honest, after reading these reviews, I komda am reluctant to have them in my house.

Bradley went into our loft saw the hole in roof straight away took pictures shown us then he went on our roof sealed all round the chimney and fixed hole in roof he kept us informed all the time what he was doing and how he fixed the problem. Good Lad knows his job we feel so happy and content now. Thankyou Bradley. Roofcare hold onto this Guy he knows his stuff and very polite.Thankyou

I live in a housing association house in the Wyre area. I have had problems with damp for the last 4yrs. Although I have been unhappy before I'm not anymore. I had two lovely guys Tommy and Steven come to redo all my guttering and loft insulation. It looks great. Pleasant, well mannered and funny too. Very happy. Thank you guys.
